A charming French house sets in a quiet street of the market and fishing town of Lannion which straddles the river Leguer and is just inland from the 'cote de granit rose' and 'les sept iles'. Ten/fifteen minutes to the beaches of Trebeurden, Tregastel, Perros Guirec...and others

 The town has many interesting buildings, restaurants and all the usual shops and is well connected to the rest of france with a dual carriage way straight to the RN12, plus a mainline railway station and regional airport.

The house is surrounded by a well hedged garden with BBQ area and total privacy and security for children or pets. The patio area leads into the large lounge and dinning room with digital TV (plus  broadband access) and sofa-bed.

There are two bedrooms , one with two single beds and one with a double bed.

There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

 The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and all the necessary for a family to enjoy home-cooked meals inside or out.
